ATLANTA— Two weeks ago, tickets for Young Money affiliate Drake’s Atlanta debut concert sold out within five hours of being available for sale online. Fortunately, for those unable to attend, event promoter Shameless Plug (Jerald McBride, Fadia Kader, Jabari Graham, and Bem Joiner) has partnered with XIUniverCity.com/XIU TV to broadcast the show for FREE live online.
Taking place at Atlanta’s famed The Loft on May 2nd, the live feed will be broadcast by XIU TV and can be seen exclusively on both XIUniverCity.com and ComeUpKids.com.
Drake, fresh off a recent media blitz of New York City that included stops at all the major hip hop radio shows, including Funkmaster Flex’s show on Hot 97 (a hip hop rite of passage), is riding the stream of heavy buzz sparked by the release of his critically acclaimed mixtape So Far Gone.
